1. Purpose and access

Money Backstory Uploader is operated by Money Backstory as a private desktop publishing tool for the Money Backstory channel owner. It uploads reviewed video packages and manages their publication through YouTube API Services. It is not offered as a public account-registration or video-upload service.

2. YouTube terms and privacy

By using this application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of the app is also subject to this app’s Privacy Policy. Read that policy before authorizing or using the uploader. Google’s practices are explained in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Owner control and content

Use the uploader only for a YouTube channel you own or are authorized to manage. Review each video, its metadata, thumbnail, captions, audience setting, and publication plan before placing it in the queue. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to upload the material and for following YouTube’s applicable content policies.

The app initially uploads videos as private. A configured schedule may subsequently make them public on YouTube. Pausing the local app does not cancel publication times already accepted by YouTube; manage those videos in YouTube Studio.

4. Availability and publishing limits

Uploads and scheduled operations depend on the owner’s computer, network connection, Google authorization, YouTube processing, and applicable API limits. An intended release time is not a guarantee that YouTube will process or publish a video at that time. Review the app’s status and YouTube Studio if an operation is delayed or blocked.

This application is independently operated. Google and YouTube do not sponsor or endorse it.

5. Stop using the app

You can stop the local uploader and revoke its Google account access. The Privacy Policy explains revocation, local data removal, and the separate controls for content already stored on YouTube.

6. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the app’s features or operating practices change. The effective date identifies the current version.
